New Trustee – Michael Stewart

The Directors were pleased to welcome a new Trustee, Michael Stewart to the board of Trefoil.

Michael is a Scottish former footballer. He began his career with Manchester United and played for both Edinburgh’s, Hearts and Hibernian. Michael was capped four times for the Scotland national football team. Since retiring from the sport Michael has worked as a football commentator, providing analysis of Scottish football.

In his personal life Michael enjoys many other sports, being in the outdoors, engaging with politics and spending time with his family.

The trustees are delighted to welcome Michael who has a strong passion for enriching the lives of children living with disabilities in Scotland.
