Our Partnerships

Trefoil House works with two groups to help young people with disabilities in Scotland. Our first partnership started in 2018 with Scottish Disability Sport. They have 14 branches all over Scotland and welcome everyone to join, no matter their background or abilities.

Our second partnership began in 2022 with Glasgow Children’s Holiday Scheme. This charity arranges holidays for children and families facing tough times, like poverty, health problems, or disability Glasgow Children’s Holiday Scheme also provides activities for children, families, carers or groups.

Scottish Disability Sport

In 2018, Trefoil teamed up with Scottish Disability Sport to help children with disabilities in Scotland join projects and programs they might find hard to join otherwise.

Since we started working together, Trefoil has given £99,886 to support each Scottish Disability Sport location across Scotland.

Glasgow Children’s Holiday Fund

In 2022, Trefoil started working with Glasgow Children’s Holiday Scheme. We helped adapt a caravan so it was more suitable for people with disabilities.

Along with changing the caravan, Glasgow Children’s Holiday Scheme has received funding from Trefoil to provide sensory toys, books, and games for the children on holiday.

One year later, the adapted caravan has hosted five families, with fourteen more expected soon. So far, Glasgow Children’s Holiday Scheme has received £11,910 in funding from Trefoil.
